At Sniff & Swagger, we strive to ensure that both you and your dog love our products. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Below is our returns policy to help guide you through the process.
Eligibility for Returns
Unopened Items:
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt. The items must be in their original packaging, with all seals intact. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any products that have been opened or used.
Opened or Used Items:
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used products, including dog perfumes. Once the seal is broken, the product is considered non-returnable.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service team at woof@sniffandswagger.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please email us at woof@sniffandswagger.com with your order details and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. If you paid for express shipping, please note that this cost is non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used dog perfumes
- 5ml sample bottles
- Items without original packaging or seals
- Items returned beyond the 14-day window
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item (unopened and unused) for a refund and place a new order.
Promotional Items
If you received a free item as part of a promotion, the free item must also be returned if the rest of the order is returned. If the free item is not returned, the full retail value of the item will be deducted from your refund.
