Order Processing Dispatch Time:
We aim to dispatch your order within 72 working hours from our UK warehouse (Monday to Friday). During peak periods, such as holidays or promotional sales, processing times may be longer. Rest assured; we’re working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy:
Please double-check the shipping address you provide at checkout. An incomplete or incorrect address can lead to delays in receiving your order. If you realize there’s an error, contact us immediately at contact@sniffandswagger.com.
Delivery Times Standard Delivery:
Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2-4 working days (excluding bank holidays). For Northern Ireland and Highlands and Islands, delivery may take an additional day.
DPD Express Delivery:
For those in a hurry, we offer DPD Express delivery, which typically arrives within 1-2 working days. Please note that this service is available Monday to Friday.
Royal Mail Services:
Tracked 24: Please note that “Tracked 24” is a service name provided by Royal Mail and does not guarantee delivery within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes a couple of working days from dispatch.
Tracked 48: Similarly, “Tracked 48” does not guarantee delivery within 48 hours. This service typically takes 2-3 working days.
Delays:
While we strive for timely delivery, there are occasions when delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier issues or weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding in these cases.
Shipping Costs: Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50 within the United Kingdom. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates will apply.
Express Shipping:
If you need your order sooner, we recommend choosing DPD Express delivery at checkout. This option is available for an additional fee.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. This link will allow you to track your order’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
